Problem Statement
Infants are unable to verbally express their needs, leading to frustration for both children and parents when it comes to interpreting cues. Many caregivers, especiallyfirsttime parents, often feel uncertain about how to respond to their infant’s signals, which can lead to delays in meeting essential needs and hinder optimal child development.

Target Audience & Persona

Primarily parents and caregivers of infants aged from newborns up to a few years old. This includes individuals who are actively involved in the care, development, and well-being of infants.
The secondary audience may include healthcare professionals, such as pediatricians and child development specialists, who could benefit from the insights provided by the software in their professional practice.

Testing & Findings: Conducted 3 user tests, which highlighted navigation issues; these were adjusted before moving to high-fidelity.
